Great descent towards the coast. After that it goes steadily uphill. The climb is easily manageable (6-7%) until you reach Maca. The subsequent ascent from Masca is really only feasible for well-trained legs! That really hurt. It's a good 3-4km uphill at min 10%. In addition, there is the traffic, which is not exactly little.
