Gigantic – there's no other way to describe the view from the 3,147-meter-high Schwarzhorn. Surefootedness is required for the climb. You start at the Schwarzhorn bus stop on the Flüela Pass. A narrow path leads you uphill, offering magnificent views back to the winding pass road.
At first, you'll be surrounded by green meadows and streams, then the terrain becomes increasingly rocky. The tour takes you up to the Schwarzhornfurgga and then over a narrow ridge to the summit of the Schwarzhorn. Snow can still be found here even in early summer. The panorama from the summit cross is fantastic, with far-reaching views down to the Flüela Pass with the Lai da la Scotta and all the way to Davos. The descent follows the same route.
