Wildly romantic stream that has cut through the rock and ends in a waterfall. Nice to see and geologically interested too.

I have no idea what Komoot was doing with the elevation profile. Of course, we didn't hike up again 🤔 and the pictures are also mixed up 😵‍💫
No matter, it was great 😊

Small hike with crampons to the Vilser Alm. The climb was pretty tough for me today. Fasting day 6 and my muscles were really taking their toll 😅. So I only had herbal tea at the Alm - although the food looks really tasty 🥰. It's definitely a reason to come back. The tour is not recommended without crampons at …

Today I went to the Vilser Alm for breakfast with my 9 great colleagues. The day was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was simply happy and exuberant. The Vilser Alm with the new innkeepers is always worth a trip!

Short round from Vils to the Vilser Alm on the well-groomed winter path.

Highly recommended at any time of the year and quick to do (like me before the late shift). The management on the Alm is also great.

The path is also open for tobogganing and skiing, so be careful who comes around the corner quickly.

After a rainy week, it should finally clear up a bit and so I took the chance to run up the Vilser Alm one last time.

Unfortunately, this will close its gastronomic section on October 23rd, 2022 for an indefinite period. The landlords Gabi and Sepp are leaving for various reasons - a new tenant is not yet in sight.

Komoot describes the tour as difficult, the only comment so far as child-friendly. What to make of it?????
