This tour offers varied views of the Weschnitz Valley and a magnificent landscape. It starts at the Frauenhecke car park on Juhöhe.
Right from the start, you'll be treated to wonderful views of the hills and valleys of the Vorderer Odenwald. The trail alternates between shady forests and open landscapes, where you can let your gaze wander.
Along the way, you'll pass the mighty Julius Oak, over 280 years old. Shortly before Bonsweiher, the picturesque forest lake invites you to linger. You'll hike past the summit of the Grosser Köpfchen and return to the starting point. You can also reach the village of Juhöhe by bus line 683.

A beautiful and easy 10-km circular hike through open, scenic countryside with short stretches of forest. The changing views of the Weschnitz Valley are particularly charming. From the Juhöhe, the trail first leads through the forest via the Zigeunerkopf and Taschengrube peaks. The trail passes through the villages of Bonsweiher and Ober-Liebersbach.
