It is quiet on the NORTH PATH Kirchsteg-Moore-Bäche. The mostly wide forest and field paths lead you around meadows, fields, moors and small woods. Apart from the Bartelsdorfer Kirchsteg, the Lohmoor water biotope and lots of Pffindlinge, you don't discover much along the almost 22-kilometer-long hiking trail. Not much happens here. After a long break, I once again hiked the Kirchsteg-Moore-Bäche North Trail near Scheeßel.

The starting point of this circular hike is not far from Scheeßel train station. After a short stretch, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the landscape, which is a soothing treat for the soul in sunny weather.

The most beautiful north path so far, directly from Scheeßel train station. If you walk the other way around than I did, you can stop off at a nice Melkhus towards the end. An approx. 3.5 km long piece on a wide asphalt road, which serves as a route to a fireworks company, was annoying.
