This route takes you through the heights of the La Masblette river valley for around 15 kilometers. The starting point is the village of Grupont, where you can admire the beautiful half-timbering of the Spanish House. As soon as you leave Grupont, the path leads over mountain tops towards Masbourg. Open spaces with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape alternate with fairytale forests on the route.
After your descent into the village of Masbourg, you can take a look at the babbling La Masblette before you master the last few meters of altitude with wonderful views. The last few kilometers lead downhill to the destination of Forrières.

Here, in 1618, the four Jamin sisters were declared witches by the Inquisition Court and sentenced to be burned at the stake.
