This route starting from the city centre cleverly plays with the roads and passable paths in the middle of the vineyards to offer a beautiful immersion by bike in the vineyards of Genevois. With these 48 kilometres and 500 metres of positive elevation gain, this route is intended to be accessible to all. No huge climbs on the programme, just a succession of ramps and climbs that make the Tour dynamic, rolling and very pleasant.
In terms of nature and landscape, you have a front row seat to admire the massifs that border Geneva from afar. You will thus see superb panoramas of the foothills of the Jura massif as well as the Salève. You will also pass close to protected natural areas: the Allondon valley - which also offers an educational house to discover the ecosystem of the site - and the pond of the Bois des Mouilles, ideal for bird watching.
Although this circuit crosses the vineyards of Genevois, this should not prevent you from stopping at the craft breweries near Soral and Confignon. Find out about the opening times before going there.

Comments
In some places, there are a few signs missing which make the route not easy to follow.
I recommend riding with the help of a GPS.
Otherwise, the roads are of good quality, with little traffic and the landscapes are beautiful.
