This route was planned by komoot.
The duration and average speed are incorrect. The heat must have gone to Komoot's head 🙄, it crashed completely twice. Komoot's graphics performance didn't really convince me either 🫣, so I was flying in circles again. I saved the tour again afterward. It's absolutely annoying.
Today I set off with three girls I know, aged between 40 and 50. We chose the destination of Bad Kreuzen for the Frauensteinrunde. Perfect weather, endless fun. That was a great way to unwind. Thanks for a wonderful day 🙏
Route could be a bit longer because GPS interrupted me in the forest
Wolfsschlucht with gorge forest (primeval forest) Ascent through the Wolfsschlucht past Greiner Bad, waterfall, Anton Bruckner refuge, men's shower to exit, then continue over the Herkulesfelsen and Jägerstand (view) to Kreuzen Castle. Based on the ideas of the naturopath Vincenz Prießnitz, waterfalls were declared as showers here in the Wolfsschlucht from 1846 and natural pools were used as wave pools (audio). After a rest in the castle restaurant with a beautiful view to the south, a stretch on an asphalt road before the path branches off to the Frauenberg, which we follow. The gorge forest (primeval forest) offers interesting trees and also the battle between spruces and beeches. Further up there are beautiful white pines. South of the Frauenstein stands the Madonna with 2 sacrificial bowls. On the way back there is another place to stop for refreshments at the Speckalm. Greetings Klaus and Helga 🙋🏼♂️ 🤣 🙋♀️
Pleasant hike, mostly in the shade and next to a stream. A paradise for Dodo the water dog. 4-5 km were not recorded.
Wonderful hike 🤩 castle 🏰, gorge, chocolate cake and impressive panoramic trail. Mighty rock formations. Lots of rain, but that doesn't bother me. Very, very nice 👍🏿
