The goal today was not the hiking trail itself, but the picnic at the Bannalpsee. So I took the larger rucksack with a picnic blanket, bath towels, etc. and started the route from the Brunni (Engelberg).
The path is awesome and certainly doable by bike during the week with a little fewer people.
