Start today in Ilfeld.
From the train station to the weather vane up over the Entenschabel. S1 path. Surefootedness was required. Once at the top, the view was great and the sun was shining. Then we went to the Poppenberg tower and back over the upper and lower Bielsteine.
The Bielsteine are somewhat reminiscent of the Rosstrappe. Very beautiful there.
