After a target of just under 8.5km, we extended the loop a bit and took in a few more beautiful views.
It's very suitable for summer temperatures, as it takes you largely along wide paths through dense forest. Trail lovers won't get their money's worth here, unfortunately, but you do get beautiful views of the Moselle Valley...
