Today we took the world's steepest funicular (gradient 110% / 47.7 °) up to the car-free mountain village of Stoos, and then took a chairlift to the starting point of the hike, the Fronalpstock.
Ten Swiss lakes and countless alpine peaks could have been seen with good visibility, unfortunately we were denied that.

Very nice hike with a wonderful mountain panorama. Certainly a very quiet hike on a normal Monday. But on a bridging day before Switzerland's birthday, it seemed to me like on Mount Everest in Stoos times.
