Swiss Grand Canyon - that's what the Rhine Gorge between Reichenau and Ilanz is also called. Why? You'll understand on this 45-kilometer-long tour from Flims. The gorge with its steeply towering rock walls is simply spectacular.
You leave the spa town and soon reach the first viewing point. Below you, the Rhine meanders through the beautiful valley. You continue on gravel paths towards Trin. Don't worry, you'll enjoy even more views of the gorge during this tour.
You cross the Rhine, leave the sometimes steep climb behind you and soon look into the gorge from the other side. The short detour to the viewing platform is definitely worth it.
After crossing the Rhine again, you cycle the last few meters up to Flims to finish the tour.
