Hiking

Child-friendly hike on the Dachsberg in Haltern-Flaesheim. Hiking with children: If your little ones are looking for adventure and can already manage longer distances, then this eight-kilometer tour is just the thing! Follow the marker with the blue gnome. The starting point is the Dachsberg forest playground.

🌲 Explore the forest area: Plenty of benches await you along the way, perfect for long breaks. The gnome accompanies you to numerous information boards that provide interesting facts about the surrounding area and the forest.

🔥 Highlight: Rennberg fire watchtower: A must-climb! From up there, you can enjoy the view and gaze over the treetops.

🍞 Return along the Bakers' Guild educational trail: On this trail, you'll learn where our bread comes from. You'll then finally reach the forest playground, where this exciting tour ends.

Have fun exploring! 🌳🚶‍♀️

In terms of weather, it was like April today, sun, wind, rain, snow ☀️🌧️💨❄️-everything was there.
Even the deer on the way looked …

Today I drove to the Dachsberg parking lot and opted for the blue (Wichtel) route.
I did everything right. It was a varied and almost deserted 8 km. Green ferns next to brown, withered ferns, and the sunlight and shadows created wonderful lighting effects. Plenty of forest floor and sand underfoot.
And last but not least... my first pain-free tour …

Spontaneous is sometimes nice, together with Ardnas Htor and Heike Nijaki we set out to explore the blue route “Dachsberg”! The 8km were very nice, sometimes on small single trails on the main path, we had a nice climb that makes the tour with buggy etc. difficult. In fact, I was shown ways in the Haard again today that I …
