Nice round trip, with a few meters of elevation. A basic level of fitness and no fear of heights are an advantage. You should start at the signposted parking lot to the right above Calderas (called Matriz).
On the trip you have to cover a few hundred meters on the country road. It's not that great, but it's doable.

This round took us past hot, steaming holes in the ground. Some of them were right on the hiking trail, in an underpass or right on the side of the road.
The “Salto do Cabrito” waterfall again offered a great view and had a small lagoon below where you could swim. 🤩
