Had a wonderful tour. Along the Sulm. There is also a bathing area on the route. (Recommendation to do the route the other way round to cool off). The first part to Leibnitz (coming via Heimschuh) was very attractive in terms of the surroundings. After that, a lot of road. In Lang there is a water station (at the family doctor). Buschenschank Höfer in Mitteregg right on the side of the road is also highly recommended.
We decided to do the tour because the weather was forecast to be nice and sunny. Unfortunately the fog was a little spoilsport. Head west along the Sulmtal cycle path. Then up the Sausal cycle path. The view from the ridges was not so enjoyable, because the view was not great because of the prevailing fog. But the route is really nice, on the ridges of the Sausal Tour. Imposing the second largest Klapotetz in the world under the Demmerkogel (since 2010 the highest Klappotetz is in Schlossberg in Styria). Here you can usually enjoy the best view. The last stretch of the Roman cycle path along the Lassnitz is not recommended after rainy days, unless you love Gatsch 🤪. Finally, chestnuts and storm at the Grottenhof is a must these days 😋🍇
Nice round... 🚴♀️ and now a swim 🏊
