This trail, a loop from Low Dalby via Sand Dale, Dixon's Hollow and Snever Dale, is largely on well surfaced forest roads. Except for one steeper climb in Heck Dale, there is only a long gradual climb and descent with breathtaking views. Suitable for most bikes.

A wonderful, forested track through Thornton Dale on the eastern side of Thornton Beck. Mostly flat, with beautiful green (or yellow and orange in the autumn) all the way through. Just a good place to cycle: peace, quiet and pure leisure.
