Walk description: A beautiful and peaceful all-terrain pushchair and baby-carrying walk around Dogmersfield, the Basingstoke Canal and Tundry Pond. Starting point (postcode or What Three Words reference): Barley Mow Slipway car park. Use postcode: RG27 8ZY. Getting there: Accessible by car. Parking: Free parking in the Barley Mow Slipway car park. Walk type (baby-carrying, pushchair, toddler): All-terrain pushchair and baby-carrying. Length (distance and approx. time): About 5km (3 miles) long and should take around 1 hour 15mins. Terrain (what’s the ground like?): Mostly flat, however can be uneven in places. Refreshments: None, will need to bring your own. Toilets: Alfresco on the way round. Baby changing: Alfresco on the way round. Other tips: I have done this walk with a pushchair and it does need to be an all-terrain/sturdy pushchair as it can be a little uneven in places and there is one place you will need to squeeze it through swing gate.
