Hiking
The Lyderhorn is the peak furthest from the city center. You can easily reach the starting point of the hike by bus. The tour therefore starts and ends at the Gravdal bus stop. From there you start a round tour over the ridge up to the summit. In total, you cover about seven and a half kilometers and over 400 meters in altitude on this hike.
Along the way you will encounter some old bunkers that are remnants of the German occupation of Bergen during World War II. Since the Lyderhorn is a bit off the center in the west of the city, you still have a good view of the access roads to the harbor from here. In the other direction, you can let your gaze wander over the outskirts of the city and all the way to the airport.

Very beautiful scenery on this hike. Be careful if the ground is wet, the descent is technical and difficult.
