This varied tour takes you to the Wehlen plateau, from which you can enjoy wonderful views, and then along the picturesque Moselle at Bernkastel-Kues.

It starts in the wine village of Wehlen. From here you immediately start the ascent, which leads you up to the Wehlen plateau, which is just above the village. Once at the top, you can enjoy a great view of the "Wehlener Sonnenuhr", one of the most famous wine locations in the Moselle region.

Afterwards you drive through vineyards into the Liesertal, where you can take a break in the beer garden of the Siebenborn monastery. With fresh strength you will then cycle on the Maare-Mosel cycle path to the mouth of the Lieser in the Moselle. Here you meet the Moselle cycle path. From here you cycle relaxed along the banks of the Moselle and return via Lieser and Bernkastel-Kues to the starting point in Wehlen.
