March 25, 2024, Borrego Springs Palm Canyon Hike

Located in Anza Borrego Desert State Park, a great place to see the Desert spring blooms with a waterfall and a beautiful Palm Oasis at the end. Take the lower trail out to the Palm Oasis and return by the alternate higher trail that gives you sweeping views of Anza Borrego.

Trailhead starts near campground, well signposted, separate parking lot, turn right before getting to the visitor center GPS 33.269981, -116.418375 If you have enough time and energies, you can combine it with the hellhone trail (note: starts at visitor center) - we did both hikes
