Along the upstream Prato della Cipolla you arrive at the refuge of the same name. Before the refreshment area, our route starts on the right on the obvious slope that goes up the ski slope. You pass a nice viewpoint that offers a different perspective on the Tooth of the Onion. Then, on the left, you will find the 007 trail sign which comes from the Sacchi bivouac. We continue to the right on the Aveto-Nure watershed, we ignore the deviation that leads to Lago Nero, then uphill we arrive at the summit of Monte Bue. On the left you can see the ruins of the arrival station of the old cable car that went up from Rocca d'Aveto, while on the right you can see the new renovated refuge and the second section of the chairlift that goes up from Prato della Cipolla.
