This tour through the joint municipality of Spelle promises a nice day - in Low German "moijen dag". The starting point is at Wöhlehof. Here the restored half-timbered ensemble will enchant you at the start of the tour.

Then you start cycling and soon you will reach the Burgpark Venhaus, where you can take a first break. It continues a bit along the Dortmund-Ems Canal, then along the Speller Aa. Finally you drive back to the starting point via Lünne and Schapen.

On the way you can enjoy the lush green of meadows and forests. The well-kept gardens and courtyards to the left and right of the roadside, as well as the cozy shelters and lovingly laid out rest areas are always small highlights.

A tour with virtually no spectacular sights, but which scored highly for us due to its very beautiful route. Great "back way", almost no main road and beautiful views time and again. And hardly any traffic for Whitsun Sunday. 👍
