Highlight • Mountain Pass
An Stùc is usually either ascended after Ben Lawers via its south ridge or from Meall Garbh via its steep and eroded north east flank. In summer conditions, the latter is a bit of a loose clamber but is not overly technical, though it can be tricky when wet. In winter, it's a different ball game altogether and calls for mountaineering skills and equipment.
