A short tour through a tranquil medieval town.
The parking lot at Gondelteich, directly on the B86, is recommended and was the starting point for the walk. You can also walk around the historic town center on the Lindenpromenade. Since I was more or less just passing through, the Runneburg Castle and the Chinese Garden were the actual destinations.

Today my way led me to Weißensee in Thuringia. It is a recommendation from @Anna who viewed the Chinese Garden on 5/27/23. I was pleasantly surprised by the small town. The town with its pretty houses and the reconstructed town church and of course the Chinese garden are worth seeing.
