This unfinished castle was built by a sculptor and furniture manufacturer from Gdańsk, who in 1984 received permission to build a residential house with a sculpture studio. Looking at what he built, his imagination definitely got carried away. In 1991, construction was officially suspended as the facility being constructed exceeded the provisions of the building permit. Then came the investor's financial problems and the matter stuck for years.
The castle took on a life of its own and became legendary. Even when empty, it makes a stunning impression, so over time it became a true illegal and dangerous, but undoubtedly interesting, and for many, even magical, tourist attraction.
