July 1, 2024,2024-07-01 England: Hauxley Nature Reserve

Another "NWT" ... this time Northumberland Wildlife Trust (instead of Norfolk). A small visitor centre with a café, a 2.5 km long circular path with many hides. A bird paradise with (for us) highlights: Barn Owl and the freshwater bathing area for Terns (plus lots of black-headed gulls).
