The half-timbered gable with tower tower and lantern belongs to a reconstruction from 1712 on. The building survives as one of the few buildings the city fire in 1619 and serves up to the edification of the town church in 1690 as a house of prayer. In 1929, a new clock system was installed in the ridge turret. The former council room is used as registry office. In the year 2000, the clockwork in the roof ridge was renovated and rebuilt on the upper floor.
