This shelter offers very good protection against wind and rain. But there are also benches in front of the hut from which you can enjoy the great view. An ideal place for the snack.

Today we went for a hike on beautiful forest paths to Münchhausen Castle. On the way there we walked along Hansawweg. Every now and then there were still fallen trees on the path. Collected a pair of golf balls along the golf course. The way back is overgrown in some places, do you rarely go there? Otherwise a nice round.

Tip: only hike in longer dry weather!
The tour in itself is nice.

The first part of the path is deeply muddy, overgrown with blackberries and covered with fallen trees. It was only passable because of the frost in the ground, which gave it some grip. It's hard to believe that this is the X9 Hansaweg and the E1. As it eventually ended completely in the undergrowth, we walked across the golf course. …

A great hike. Unfortunately, some of the paths were so overgrown that it was difficult to get through. We didn't recognize a path at all and then walked a small detour.
