Lepe Coastal Road

Highlight (Segment) • Cycleway

This is one of the only sections of road in the New Forest which runs right next to the sea. It's a fabulous stretch of cycling with Lepe Beach at the eastern end.

You can access the beach directly from the road, where there's a pleasant sandy section to stop. The car park next to the beach is part of Lepe Country Park and benefits from a cafe with sea views.

Lepe Beach Lighthouse

Named to commemorate its inauguration in the year 2000, the Beaulieu Millennium Beacon is located on the Beaulieu Estate, close to Lepe House. The 8-metre high lighthouse marks the entrance to the Beaulieu River.
