April 6, 2025,🇪🇸 - Strandwanderung von Can Picafort nach Son Serra de Marina
Last hike in Mallorca before heading home tomorrow. Soaking up the sun again ☀️

Today we walked leisurely along the beach, but my legs hurt just as much as they did after 20 km. 😅
Necropolis is about 1km from Can Picafort. An old burial site, interesting how people used to bury their people in the distant past. What was shocking to read was that the average age was 38 years 😱.

Bus 324 took us to Can Picarfort (Son Bauló stop) from where we started the hike. Along the beach and sea to Son Serra de Marina. Past the obelisk and Necrópolis de Son Real.

It is recommended to take a tour with the 316 bus.
A beautiful hiking tour with a tailwind and not to be underestimated due to the sand.

Nice route along the port of Can Picafort, we continued on the beach with some bathing opportunities (somewhat limited by masses of seaweed and/or sharp-edged sandstone) and a beautiful dune path. We also saw remains of bunkers and graves! Lost Places, beautiful backdrop for some special photos!

Beautiful walk on the beach. Warm wind and sun, what more could you ask for? The stone tombs right on the beach are impressive. I didn't really have that in mind when I think of Mallorca. Blame on me...
