After the Schrakogel summit cross, woodwork is currently taking place as the forest road is being expanded.
There are loads of unprocessed tree trunks lying around.
If a sign saying *Forestry work in 100 m* had been put up on the Schrakogel, we would have saved ourselves the arduous journey through tree trunks and branches.

What a dream! Heather blossoms as far as the eye can see. From mid-March to the end of April, the forests here near Hinterlobming glow in a variety of shades of purple.
