May 11, 2024,Scheuenalpe – (Piesenkopf) Runde von Balderschwang
We were unable to visit the Piesenkopf due to the large amount of remaining snow (mid-May!). The rest of the route would also not have been possible without the Komoot guiding because all the trail markings were still under snow.

Beautiful tour in the beloved Allgäu 🥰
It will certainly be even more beautiful later on in terms of the flora 😊

Very varied hike with refreshment stops. Wonderful landscape with a view. The wet meadows are relatively easy to walk on only with sturdy shoes. On rainy days beforehand, the passage could get very muddy. ;)

Today, a really beautiful tour with Stefan and Danilo over the Scheuen Waterfall to the Piesenkopf!

The weather held up well, and the temperature was fine – only the snow and the deep mud in the raised moor gave us a hard time today.

Also nice in winter with snowshoes.
Quite boggy in summer and especially muddy after rain. But nice view, rather cozy overall ...

Very cool waterfall especially when water comes down properly like today. The subsequent round, once the annoying snow has gone, is certainly very nice and easy to walk. I skipped the Piesenkopf today because the snow was getting softer and heavier. I'll be back 😁

From the Priesenkopf down you have to take the same route as you did up.
Komoot shows another way that doesn't exist !!!
So do not follow my recording at this point.
The paths were partly pure mud,
and almost no getting through !!
It is also of no use to run next to the paths !!
I wouldn't run …

Motto: Peace and quiet🤫🤐
Since the last tour was a bit exciting🗣🤪🤷, today was all about absolute peace and quiet🙉🙊🤪🤣😬.
Tour:
Started🥾 from the paid (€5 per day)🚙🅿️ near Balderschwang, along forest🌲 and meadow paths up to the Scheuenwasserfall🌊, well, more of a small waterfall at the moment🌊🤭. Continued, partly over raised moor and forest paths🌲 to the highest point, …
