The most dominant chapel in Obernheim stands on the 947 m high Scheibenbühl, towering over the village surrounding the Scheibenbühl. Although today's St. Wolfgang chapel was only built in 1869 and is therefore the youngest of Obernheim's chapels, it has the most historic past.
