Highlight • Viewpoint

The trail is easy to follow, red paint blazes mark the way at the bottom close to town, after that it’s easy. The bottom most portion of the trail was the worst but 100m or so in it’s quite wide and easy to manage. There are steps/ledges in the steeper parts. Exposed to the sun, spf50!

Mountain spring

Highlight • Natural Monument

A sweet little spring trickling out of the mountain. A basin was built to catch it and it had a few inches of water in it along with many tadpoles. Bees could be seen visiting for a drink. A plaque was cut into the wall but I could not read it.

Sari Salltiku Temple and Cave

Highlight • Religious Site

A few steps down, you'll find a small cave where candles are lit. Further down, ice-cold water flows directly from the mountain. It's not particularly spectacular, but it's still very unexpected and definitely worth the detour.
