Fadara Inn
The Gasthaus Fadära was created in 1840 by Anton Michael and his wife Sina, the daughter of the poet Johann Gaudenz von Salis-Seewis. In 1860 Benedikt Thöni redesigned it as an inn and later expanded it with a guest house for summer guests.

Reformed Church Seewis

Highlight • Religious Site

Reformed Church Seewis in the Prättigau

The church is first documented in the pre-Reformation period in 1483 under the patronage of St. Laurentius. In 1487 the choir was renewed in the late Gothic style and the nave was extended. In 1756–58 the nave was lengthened and provided with a barrel vault.
The church tower adjoins the facade to the northwest. Its lower part has a medieval structure from around 1300, the upper part dates from the new construction period of 1487, while the striking pointed helmet was put on in 1645 after the end of the Graubünden turmoil.
On the west wall of the choir inside the church there are epitaphs of family members of the von Salis family. The nave shows stucco work in the Rococo style. The pulpit from 1758 also has ornaments from the Rococo era.
The central baptismal font in the choir, which was also made in 1758, also functions as a communion table. The organ is more recent and was installed in 1959.
