Baierbrunn Sculpture Park

The site of Wort & Bild-Verlag in Baierbrunn, which was completed in 2017, will be upgraded with 14 sculptures. Some of the works can be seen from the street, others have to be "worked out" by walking across the site, but officially only on a guided tour. For example, the work "Ludwig’s Dream" by Jaume Plensa is beautiful, a sculpture that depicts a head, made from the sheet music of Beethoven's last piano sonata. Among other things, this creates a reference to the Irenensaal, a concert hall with a sophisticated acoustic concept on the Wort & Bild campus.
