This was Day 1 of our 500-mile, nine-day ride along the veloroute V45 from Roscoff to Nantes. From Roscoff to Pénestin, the route is known as La Littorale, and from Pénestin to Saint-Nazaire as La Vélocéan. It has some missing bits, notably from Daoulas to Plogoff and from Guidel-Plage to Étel.
