Ancient farmhouse in the Susegana hills, today a restaurant with a simple yet refined taste. The peculiarity of Osteria Borgoluce's culinary offering is the use of products from the farm of the same name, starting with beef from the Limousine and Charolaise breeds, raised in semi-wild conditions on 180 hectares of pasture. Then buffalo and pork meat, cheeses produced in its own dairy, oil, corn flour, honey, walnuts and, of course, wine from the 65 hectares of vineyards. Outside, a courtyard covered by umbrellas overlooks the valley, sloping down towards San Salvatore castle.
