Just a small ride up the Izoard today to recover a bit from the long day in the heat yesterday. I went over the top and stopped at the 'La Casse Déserte' at 2200m to take some snaps. Tour 1 in the French High Alps. Probably the best developed alpine pass for racing cyclists. The bike path to the summit is a great thing! In La Laus at over 1700 meters above sea level you can 🥘😊.
