In and of itself a nice little afternoon tour with a few muddy surprises in between. Unfortunately, the Fockenbachtal itself is no longer easy to drive, so from Kurtscheid it is better to choose a different route down, which brings you closer to Niederbreitbach and reduces the route through the Fockenbachtal.
