April 25, 2026,Mammutmarsch Ruhrgebiet 30 Km 2026
What a great event that was again. Ran the 30 km in the best sunshine. The route was partly new, partly familiar and was wonderful to run. Many greetings to everyone who ran along.

Yesterday, during the Mammutmarsch Ruhrgebiet, I took on the 30 km route.

Although this was my 6th march there, the path led past many places I hadn't known until then.

A very nice march where everything was right - weather, route guidance, atmosphere, aid stations, and much more.

It would be terrible if you didn't like the tour....😉👋

It was a lot of fun

The first Mammutmarsch outside of Wiesbaden was great and the best part is that I finished it together with my friend. That counts for much more than any great average speeds or other unimportant things. Hiking together, the conversations, and the mutual motivation simply make up the Mammutmarsch.

Yesterday my troop – three people (@Chris, @Kerstin, and @Markus) plus me – participated in the Mammutmarsch Ruhrgebiet and we made it the 30 km. It was my first time! Unbelievable how many participants were there. Pure madness! And we were really lucky with the great weather. An absolutely awesome event. 😎😀🤘🏼
