Bahndamm Cycle Path Between Horb and Leutendorf

In addition to being a sufficiently wide cycle path with an excellent bitumen surface, it also serves to promote biodiversity along the path.

Auwald an der Steinach

Highlight • Trail

Even during the hottest summer months, it remains pleasantly shady and cool here. Furthermore, the path is always impeccably maintained. If you use it in the early morning, you can often observe cormorants, herons, or cranes.

June 27, 2025,🚴‍♂️Tour 52/25 mal wieder zum Rosenauer Hofbräuhaus nach Graatz 🍺😋
I set off in light rain, then drizzle, and gusty winds reaching 35 km/h. I was simply compelled to head back to Rosenauer Hofbräu. The weather improved along the way 👍 and, what a surprise! In Graatz, they were celebrating the Kerwa (festival beer)! The innkeeper had brewed an excellent, drinkable Kerwa beer (a festival beer with 5.3% alcohol) 🍺😋

No, of course it was only Thursday, but since I don't have time tomorrow, I went to the Rosenauer Hofbräu beer garden for a beer today.
The temperature was around 22°C, very pleasant for cycling. The clouds were again very mixed ⛅️☁️🌤⛅️, but it stayed dry 👍
@illywhacker the "Engelä" actually tastes a bit different these days (as you already …

For Father's Day (also Men's Day, or Ascension Day, etc.), I planned and went on a relaxing tour with my sweetheart to the Rosenauer Hofbräu Graatz. Unfortunately, you can't visit all the beer gardens on the tour, but there were enough for three, and they were all top-notch.
The first stop was at the LGS KC site with a delicious …

It was actually supposed to be just a trip to RadDressel in Kronach to get a spare part, but on the way, I remembered that it's Friday and the Rosenauer Hofbräuhaus in Marktgraitz is open. In this weather, it would have been a sin not to include the detour on the return trip. No sooner said than done... and I …

"Every Friday" I'm drawn to the Graatzer Hofbräu 🎼🎶🎶 Tipi Tipi liptip, I can't get the melody out of my head on the way via KC - Küps to the Rosenauer Hofbräu Graatz, it's probably because of the wonderful taste of the light brewery beer "Engelä".

GmbH (together with my better half) took advantage of the nice weather for a 🚴‍♂️ trip to Redwitz. The plan was to stop for a delicious ice cream at Miro in KC, but unfortunately it was closed today. So we quickly went to the Fontana opposite where the ice cream tasted just as delicious. However, the huge crowd of ice …

After a quick shopping trip to KL SON, and looking at the latest "installations" of the Christmas Land light figure park on the Rennsteig. A glass ball at the SON train station/town hall square and a sleigh with reindeer at the Kaufland roundabout (still being set up), we headed to the Rosenauer beer garden in Marktgraiz, with the risk of …

In pleasant temperatures, we went to the Hofbräu beer garden in Graatz with friends.
The trip there via KC, a break at the lake stage in the LGS grounds (now called "Housnkuh"), very friendly service, reasonable prices, and first-class food and drinks – highly recommended. 👍
The Hofbräu beer garden still had excellent, tasty beer from the previous week's Kerwa …
