Leupoldsdorf Hammer Mill Castle

The hammer lock with the ponds belonging to it in the district Leupoldsdorf is a listed building. With extensive renovation and reconstruction measures, the facility has again been staged and is now a new tourist destination.
In the gatehouse, a tourist information center has been created with an attached exhibition on the topic of hammer lock and hammer lords. The grounds were renovated and restored the historically occupied garden. For this purpose, vacant buildings were demolished and reconstructed on the site of a formal gardens on old plans occupied. At the same time, the former mill race was uncovered again. This created an attractive spa park, which extends the tourist offer of our community.
The other part of the castle is a restaurant.

Village Bell of Rauschensteig
