Ashton Court Greenway

Highlight (Segment) • Trail

Brilliant new bit of cyclepath across Ashton Court from the university buildings to the wide gravel track up to the gate at the southern end. Very wide and easy gravel, although can get busy with both cyclists, walkers and dogs so take it easy.

Look out for the parallel little singletrack in the trees if that's more your bag.

Chocolate Path

Highlight • Cycleway

Locally referred to as the Chocolate Path due to its paving blocks resembling chocolate bars, this waterside walkway was constructed in 1906, coinciding with the Bristol Harbour Railway's connection between Ashton Bridge and Wapping Wharf.
