The history of the Viktorsberg Monastery
The Irish hermit Eusebius had already settled on the Viktorsberg in the 9th century. In 1384, Count Rudolf V of Montfort-Feldkirch founded a monastery of the Franciscan Minorites there, which existed for four centuries until it was abolished in 1785.
