Entirely paved for the passage of the 2012 Giro d'Italia, the Pampeago pass is not far from the homonymous alp. Climb that made the history of professional cycling, connects the Val di Fiemme and the Val d'Ega.

Rifugio Passo Manghen

Highlight • Mountain Hut

The hut is perfect for a stop after the break of the pass. The grill specialties, which are grilled in the open behind the hut, are particularly delicious.

At 2,006 meters above sea level, the Zischgalm is the true highest point. In Trentino, it's known as the Pampeago Pass. The Reiterjoch near Quäldich is listed at 1,996 meters above sea level, slightly lower, and is also located about 500 meters further west. Or is it the same? Regardless, a great route!
