With one or two short breaks, there is either a dedicated bike path or a gravel road east of the main road between Bagnacavallo and Faenza. With plenty of shadows too.

Unfortunately, it's easy to miss it and end up driving on Strada Provincale instead. Road bikers do it all the time and the car drivers don't seem to mind …
