From our campsite, Peschici is only a few kilometers away. We cycled onto the wonderful coastal road, it goes uphill properly, in total it was 540m of elevation gain, but with our e-bikes that's very doable.

Peschici has a very beautiful old town, we walked through the narrow alleys to the fortress, then back a bit, there were delicious breads …
