The route on the Niedzica/Falsztyn/Frydman side - lots of uphill and downhill sections. On the Czorsztyn side very flat. From Czorsztyn to Niedzica - the road is within the public road gauge, but mainly downhill, up to 60 km/h :)
I recommend it.
